- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Trust and believe now that I've been on both sides of dcss they ran me into the ground when I was on the other side and wouldn't work with me period so that I could keep my license to keep a job I had just got and I had to make do and pay until I was allowed to obtain my license no situation was ever an excuse good enough but now that I'm paid up and completely off child support and I have custody of them all no one there is helpful and the ncp never has even showed up to a court case never had any consequences for not paying except once they suspended her license while it was already suspended for several dui offenses smh... they're more interested in helping her then the kids and they're rude nasty and disrespectful always. Now they say she has circumstances that prevent them from enforcing even though she's working and buying new cars. They're awful at their jobsBy Chico Solorzano, August 30, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very pleasant staff. I was there on behalf of a client to help with a payment issue. The receptionist was very professional and listen to my needs. The case worker that assisted me was also professional and advise as to what needed to be done. This was my first experience with Child Support Enforcement just to hear the people in the lobby made me understand why some of the negative reviews. I tip my hat to the staff for what they have to deal with on a day to day basic. People should understand they are trying to help you solve your personal life situation .
